Alongside my academic studies, I have worked on several projects that have allowed me to gain practical experience in the field of business administration.One of my most notable projects involved the development of a report on Atlas Battery, where I analyzed their supply chain management operations, including planning, production, procurement, and warehousing. Through this project, I gained a thorough understanding of the importance of effective supply chain management and the role it plays in business success.I also conducted a report on Toyota's operation management, where I analyzed their layout and supply chain strategies, among other aspects. Furthermore, I worked on a business plan for an ambulance application, which involved conducting market research, identifying target customers, and devising a marketing strategy.Additionally, I prepared a research report on the impact of social media advertising features on customer purchase intention, which gave me valuable insights into the importance of marketing in today's digital age.As an intern in the procurement department, specializing in tenders and bids for the sale of required items, my responsibilities would involve various tasks throughout the procurement process. These duties include assisting with the preparation and issuance of tender documents, managing the tender process, evaluating bids, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.The process involves extracting data from tenders, creating a detailed bid data sheet, and creating a project in ERP. This involves assessing project-related costs, managing budgets, and managing expenses. Purchase orders, also known as POs, are used to acquire necessary equipment, materials, or services.Overall, my academic and project experience has given me a comprehensive understanding of business administration, including supply chain management, marketing, and operations management. I am confident that my skills and knowledge will make me a valuable asset to any organization.
