This included a conversion from an old system to a new one which was extremely complex as it included a number of legacy applications which needed to be documented and then created and improved in the new system. • Managed a project to develop a new business system in the UKDW for commercial relationship managers within the bank. The project saved the bank on average $6 million per annum by demising legacy applications and creating a system compliant with the future state architecture. • Managed projects to ensure regulatory changes (FATCA, ring-fenced bank) are implemented in the organisation.• Managed a project to enhance and further develop a branch management and reporting system for the retail bank using the Agile methodology. Over 20,000 staff members use this system across the UK and improving this system has helped the bank realised $40 million in revenue. • In projects have led virtual teams that have been geographically dispersed and in London, India, China, Hong Kong.• Member of management team of the Business Intelligence and warehouse team for the UK bank.
