I am in charge for managing the civil construction sector and the installation of required equipment, at the main site of Sabalan Petrochemical Industries. The main plan and goal here is to build and construct a MEGA Methanol petrochemical plant (5000 M ton/day).

The project was to Pre-commission and commission a methanol plant, and my role was to manage the project in all of the aspects. The main responsibilities that I had to be carried out were:1. Responsible for all methanol plant heat exchangers Overhaul.2. Responsible for all high pressure made gas high pressure steam exchangers Overhaul.3. Responsible for Preparing and filing contracts and purchase requisitions to complete the project and commissioning.4. Responsible for Preparing and filing utility’s purchase order from Azerbaijan government, and Selling Products.5. After the full commissioning of the Utility and methanol plant and Production of methanol, the units was handed over to local operators.
