Liaising with in-house distributions, external distributors and global accounts across 8 factories globally across UAE, Belgium, Spain, Egypt, Singapore and Turkey (BRF and Third-party manufacturers) 75,000MT / USD260 million per year). • Demand Planning: Developing yearly, quarterly and monthly sales targets by working closely with country managers, supply chain managers and finance managers in each sales entity (5 distributions and 8 direct sales clients). Integrate total demand with promotions, seasonality and new SKU launches as per commercial and marketing strategy.• Supply Planning: Managing stock balances for each production plant at SKU level by adjusting production based on surplus and shortages. Allocation of volume between different business units based on stock availability. Ensure OTIF targets are being followed in each production entity to guarantee maximum level of service to all clients.• Inventory Management: Monitor stock projection in each BRF entity to streamline stock levels and avoid overstock or out of stock scenarios (SKU level). Optimize stocks allocations based on most profitable and strategic locations. Monitor stock level to ensure FIFO is being followed and critical stock level is minimized.
