driving Debenhams airport sales, i had three ASM reporting to me along with one head cahier. managed team, sales and cost.

handled kids department which was the smallest in my store so with limited time moved to be second turn over department by delivering proper service to customers, i had only one staff under me in kids department. moved to handle men's department which used to second turn over department but we challenged team understanding about service requirements and adding more new idea into service, so department become the highest turn over within same store. then moved to handle lady's department which used to be the highest turn over with 20 staff working with me, we managed to bring back the department to top turnover department and grow sales even further with higher contribution.

assigned as customer service training ambassador for the store, conducting customer service training to all staff and supervisor as i was highlighted as the best in customer service across division.

joined as sales associate and been recognized in many occasion as best staff delivering best customer service so become customer service ambassador of the brand handling all staff on service training.
