Operational Responsibilities: My prime responsibility was Account Opening & Customer Liaison. It comprises of preparation of AOFs, its data uploading on system including documents detail and dispatch of documents to CPU as per TAT. Timely response to the compliance department regarding queries of CPU and operations related issues. Systematic placement of investment funds for fixed & non-fixed terms in respective profit heads and it documentation that require extreme care. Encashment of Foreign Inward Remittance was also among my duty which was made in collaboration with treasury and then funds were credited to respective customer accounts. Online Fund Transferring & IBCA’s to other branches of amount up to 5Mn was also my job.IT related Responsibilities: Being Electronic Banking Office I was also responsible for ATM related issues; money retraction, captured ATM cards and partial fund collection within Bank Al Habib family or other member banks working on One-Link/Visa. IT related issues and Branch offline problems are recognized & solved with my participation especially when ATM SAF transactions are involved with also require extreme care.Administrative Responsibilities: Record keeping in hard form, approval’s documentation and files placement, dispatch is done in my supervision and even by me of the whole branch. In managerial side staff appraisal preparation, attendance sheet administration, payroll issues & its disbursement when required was also my job. Branch stationary balancing and initiation of purchase order was my responsibility besides that security stationary was also under my supervision. Local procurement was also my responsibility especially regarding furniture and fixture. I am also Branch Manager back up and also involve in generator maintenance and fuel purchase.

In course of my training at ICI Pakistan now recognized as ICI Pakistan Akzo Noble. I served in Accounts & Finance Department of Life Sciences Business.Correspondence Responsibilities:In the due course I had maintained the correspondence with internal and external customer regarding different queries.Accounts Receivables:My one of the important assignment was about the Debtor Aging Schedule preparation for the recent expected audit at that time. As many proprietors were using several names for purchase and in that case client’s credit limit reporting was very important job of my seat.IT Related responsibilities:In my assignment I had collected the details of all the PCs, Printers & Scanners, I-mate & apple cell phones and laptops. Besides that I had to assign them tags with codes for maintenance of book of accounts and to indentify the user within the department.Other responsibilities:Making accounting entries on ERP (SAP), participation in gross budget preparation especially of IT department, advertisement expense forecasting with respect to clientele, Letter of credit record maintenance, spread sheets preparation, typing and dispatch were included in my assignments.On occasional basis I worked in the similar areas of Chemical’s and Paint’s business of ICI.
