Currently working as Process Engineer - Extrusion at Kompass Pakistan Pvt Ltd.This 1 year of experience has given me several skills and achievements to my career board.-Part of Erection & Commissioning of New E07 Blown Film line from Sep'2021 till Nov'2021.-I have upgraded skills in MS Excel.-Strong grip on Sap B1 of Extrusion department.-Part of Flexible packaging college for Fresh Employees & spread the knowledge regarding blown film line technology.Project:- Successfully completed the project on "Eliminating wrinkles on PP blown Film Line E05 by troubleshooting". Presented to the HR Director, HR Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager & General Manager Production receiving good remarks on the project.- The project led to my promotion from Trainee Process Engineer to Process Engineer - Extrusion.My Job Description includes:- To generate daily production reports on MS Excel comprising of previous 24 hours Production, wastage and downtime.- To be responsible for the inventory available for daily production in Extrusion department.- It's my responsibility to point out any technical problem in the equipments and to address it to the concerned department for fixation of problem.- I have more than 15 employees in my roster to deal with and to arrange them in shifts. Moreover, the responsibility of any concern of workers is on my shoulders also.- To generate ORM at the end of each month with proper facts and figures on Microsoft PowerPoint.- To ensure Housekeeping in extrusion department.- To be available 24/7 for any queries from workers perspective and to resolve issues also.- I am responsible to calculate amount of material required on both machines with the help of proportions of materials running.Process Engineer - EFI Startup:- I am proud to be a part of Team Alpha - EFI Radius integrating ERP in Kompass Pakistan Pvt. Ltd.- To learn regarding the business cycle generally, to adapt the world of ERP and finally implementing it to the required departments.
