Continuing my exploration in the Fintech industry, I started designing a professional real-estate CRM that is capable of handling internal office management as well as extraction of leads to be matured into real business. The CRM was developed after studying some of the most practical CRMs deployed in some of the top-notch firms across UAE namely Masterkey, E&V GO, Propspace etc. In this CRM we close additional loopholes in security access and data management that was previously observed in other CRMs.Government of Trinidad & Tobago was the first one to test and implement our CRM for the real estate operations management and control all over the country. It was their first choice because we added an additional phase of the CRM known as CCU (Central Control Unit) which not only helps in regulating the real estate agencies but also lets you control the independent listing portals to either abide by the country rules or unpublish from all associated channels. Our CRM was a big success after implementation and it remains the first choice of Government of T&T till now

My first dive in the fintech industry where I learnt about the digital payment revolutions. I learnt about about how digital platforms are developed and how they play a pivotal role in creating a safe and easy environment for the users. I developed my first prototype wallet with a base concept of a transfusion between conventional banking payment processing systems & anonymity from the blockchain technologies. During the development process I was consistently engaged with the merchant departments of various banks and private financial institutions. I studied their merchant onboarding requirements and enabled the wallet system to accept credit card payments from all over the globe via payment gateway.The wallet system was designed in a pretty diversified and sophisticated manner that it can be integrated with any e-commerce or POS platform and offers multiple depositing and withdrawal options in seconds from all over the globe. The wallet is currently integrated with a real estate CRM that is implemented in Trinidad & Tobago on a national level.
