Hello, I'm Ali. I'm the founder of Workpants, a career counselling organisation on a mission to help people design work that fits. We're particularly passionate about helping folks to navigate their careers through parenthood.One of our signature looks is supporting individuals and workplaces with career counselling for parents.I have a background in marketing, communications, education, career development and learning design and you'll see all these things come together in Workpants.I've worked with a range of clients - from small family businesses to Silicon Valley tech giants. I have experience in government agencies and the private sector and am a qualified English and Drama teacher. I love using humour and narrative to empower people to understand something complex or controversial with simplicity and insight. I ask lots of questions to get to the heart of things, and this curiosity supports me to think strategically.I'm interested in how we mix things we already have to create something new.I'm grateful to live and work from the lands and waters of the Kabi Kabi people, also known as the glorious Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia.
