Remittance processing including EUR and GBP clearing (inward and outward) for Emirates NBD Head Office in UAE. Treasury• Operations. Investment Operations. Investigations. Static Data. Debit Card management Cheques. Image clearing. and other back-office functions as required. plus cash machine management. managing the Cash provision for the Branch including Teller services• Key Responsibilities:• Coordinating with different departments• Fixed deposit.• Payments inward and outward remittance via SWIFT internal transfer• Outward clearing• Ho mandate.• in house management printing vouchers)• Clearing (set up direct debits and processing cheques)• CCL. card and pin management• Mailing• Attending customer service enquiries• Cash.• Building report with clients.

• To establish and develop strong meaningful relationships with clients. to help with their day to day and long term needs• Assisting customers via phone. to provide another channel of customer support and account transaction services• assist customers to open accounts through digital platforms, to advise customers on the recurred documentation for account openings• Training new colleagues on work system software and phone support channels, to provide• one to one mentoring. so new colleagues can gain knowledge and experience on work systems and processes• Strong In-depth knowledge or company policy and processes so I can provide accurate and correct information, allowing customers to make well informed decisions about products

Depositing cheques and scanning them onto the system• GivIng customers and non-customers tours ot our stores and showing them what deters our Bank from any other bank• Ordering cash and foreign currency when requested• Update customers details, issue replacement cards and cheque books it customers have misplaced them• Logging customer complaints and card disputes if they have had any irregular activity occur on their account,• they’re unaware of• Assist managers with our daily vault log, making sure that the paperwork balances and matches what we have on the system• Participate in store events i.e., Money Zone where we have school children attend our store and have a lesson in banking
