• Ensure the processes in a standard way across all IT groups by monitoring, training and conducting certain activities i.e. document management, project management etc.• Managing processes and activities within the scope of sustainable quality management systems and ensuring their implementation,• Managing the design and applications of the processes in accordance with the standards on JIRA,• Managing and prioritizing the projects with project team for both local and global projects• Agreeing on the measurement values with the relevant teams and determining the necessary control points, monitoring, regular reporting and analysis of the measured values, • Determining continuous improvement actions as a result of the analysis, prioritizing, tracking and implementing the actions.

After TOM update, Release Management and IT Quality teams merged under Service Management. Release Management is a cross-domain function in Application Services department within IT. It is an integral part of the system/software development life cycle (SDLC), according to this, my main responsibilities were;• Building and maintaining a holistic Annual Release Plan for all projects and manage changes accordingly,• Managing and coordinating the project plan creations with project teams and prioritize the projects to comply with the annual release calendar• Managing consolidated release planning for all project and changes,• Managing test environments allocation to projects,• Providing the sign-off for all Software Delivery changes that impact respective entities,• Leading the operational implementation tasks across co-scheduled releases,• Providing necessary metrics and analysis of the releases for the management decisions

As a part of ICT Business Operation Department, we are providing communication network infrastructure to our customer Turkcell. I am part of Operation & Quality Management team and I am responsible about;• Implementation of all Service, Tariff and Campaigns of Turkcell from test environment to production environment with using SQL queries, Scripts and Procedures. • Support to manage and coordinate the priorization of developments and deployment of all Service, Tariff and Campaigns,• Being a part of Project Management and Execution teams as a technical coordinator• Coordinating and operating internal Audit meetings of all employees of Service, Tariff and Campaign teams

• Responsible about managing vendors for implementation of LAN, Master Clock, VOIP, Ultra Systems IT Packages at construction of NQIA,• Coordinate IT issues about all packages associated with construction of NQIA with design engineers of MMM Group,• Coordinate tests and training sessions of all IT Systems and prepare documentation for results of the tests and trainings, • Inspect the documentation of all IT Systems and submit to Sub-Contractor
