•Manage, verify, allocate, post, and reconcile financial transactions AP, AR and GL •Monthly Agent Reconciliations (Companies for the clearance and transport of goods). including monitoring account movements and payments.•Monthly Suppliers Reconciliations: recording andmonitoring financial transactions.•Prepare payments to suppliers according to due invoices, closely and directly collaborating with international suppliers such as: (P&G, Johnson & Johnson, Unilever, Abbott, Reckitt Benckiser, Freudenberg Group (Vileda), Bic, Dabur, Poppins, Danone, Pladis, Storck, Loacker, Bahlsen, Malizia, RAUCH, Budweiser, La- Martiniquaise,COTY, Clarins, Sisley, Cartier, Hermes, Elekta, and De'Longhi Group).•Prepare monthly closing entries, prepaid Expenses, salaries,insurance, rents, etc. •Confirmation Landed Cost, audit, analysis, maintaining, and verifying all cost details of the shipments received.•Prepare and send and follow up on supplier’s debit notes including all details. •Following up on suppliers’ transactions (Debit notes, Credit notes, and Payments)•prepare claims such as (demurrages, missing goods, and different landed costs) and share with the suppliers, agents, and Insurance for compensation.•Prepare monthly and yearly analyses of saving the cost•Sales returns confirmations.•Margins and selling price confirmations.•Dailey petty cash inventory
