CBRE is the world's largest commercial real estate services firm serving owners, investors and occupiers.While working as an Executive Assistant in the Investment Department, I was also in charge of CBRE's Corporate Wellness Programme, heading up the Wellness Committee. The committee helped plan, promote and implement wellness initiatives to improve the staff's mental and physical health.We ran a varied programme which included, Wellness Wednesday Breakfasts, Lunch & Learn Talks with an array of health and wellness experts, Classes such as Yoga, Pilates, Mobility and Fitness, Challenges, Fun Runs, Cookery Demonstrations and Healthy Treats. Participation levels were high and the staff found it very beneficial.
