Ali M. Abshaev is a Expert – Member of World Meteorological Organization Expert Team on Weather Modification at Hail Suppression Research Center "ANTIGRAD". They possess expertise in radar meteorology, weather modification, hail suppression, management and economics, software development and 1 more skills. He is also a co-author of 9 patents of the Russian Federation and 4 manuals on hail suppression. Dr. Abshaev, is internationally recognized as a leading meteorological scientist and was awarded the UAE Research Program for Rain Enhancement Science at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center in 2018."
