Site Manager duties including compiling Rosters and inputting data onto Timegate. *Attending monthly SLA meetings, creating Skill Matrix and training programs & liaising with the client. *Operating On-Guard Lenel system, creating ID Badges, adding access with the clients approval, Door Access *Controlling Ultraview CCTV and then Milestone CCTV, extracting footage for the client and when required, the Police. *Creating Toolbox Focus Topics and ensuring that all security staff complete. *Operating the onsite ANPR Camera and recording data. * Training all new staff and relief officers to the site procedures. Updating the AI’s and RA and all aspects of health and safety, fire procedures and when required, safely evacuating all staff.
