Project Love is a collaborative program to explore and design new artifacts and rituals of love.

AlphaRCA Studio is an Innovation and Research partnership between Telefonica Alpha Health and the Service Design Programme of the Royal College of Art. Alpha is Telefonica’s Moonshot Factory based in Barcelona. Alpha Health, their first Moonshot, has partnered with RCA Service Design to expand and enrich their vision by exploring problems, envisioning services and prototyping experiences that can help people improve the agency they have upon their lives so they can be healthier and happier. The projects unpack scientific and technological assumptions into human experienceable scenarios in order to build a desirable future.

The fellowship involves a series of 1-week sprints, where designers, technologists and organizational experts collaborate to explore emerging technologies and develop interesting applications for them through prototyping.

As an Analyst, I developed technical and client management skills in a fast-paced, high growth enterprise SaaS company. I worked with top Financial Services clients to translate company business objectives into scalable, technical solutions tied to their customer experience programs. The main functions of the analyst role are scoping, designing, and implementing complex software features (including dashboard-style reports, data integrations, and surveys) to align Medallia's software to clients' evolving business needs. To deliver on this effectively, I made sure to set clear and consistent expectations and communicate via daily emails and calls to ensure both sides were on track to deliver.

CAs assist with the Human Biology Core (a 3-quarter sequence of courses required for all Human Biology majors). In addition to working with professors and lecturers, assimilating readings, and holding office hours, each CA teaches four-five sections per week (~50 undergraduate students) and shares equal responsibility for writing and grading midterm and final exams, weekly problem sets, and essay assignments.

The ATA position is a residence-based position for Storey House, the Human Biology themed dorm. ATAs host academic guest speakers, design a 1-unit spring quarter required course for all priority residents, coordinate programming aimed at increasing awareness of academic opportunities for residents, provide support and informal advising for Human Biology majors, and work closely with the rest of the Storey House staff team.

The Crafts Instructor budgets, designs, and implements craft projects for adult guests at Stanford Sierra Camp, a camp for Stanford alumni and their families. Projects include Anthropologie knock-off fabric necklaces using Indonesian batik, Chan Luu inspired beaded bracelets, collaged duct tape wallets (using clear duct tape), and paper mache photo frames.
