Study on Value Chain Analysis for Fortified Wheat Flour from Farm Gate to Small Scale Chakkis, the purpose of study is to: To consolidate knowledge of the supply chain services including transportation, storage, processing, packaging and handling, infrastructure and food safety communication and access to information between small-scale formers, and the acquisition of the wheat for milling and fortification by Atta Chakkies. To identify the existing bottlenecks and opportunities for enhancing the supply chain and connectivity between smallholder-formere and Atta Chakkies.

Conducted a third-party validation report on the certification and employment status of 172 graduates from 13 trades, covering the period from July 2022 to January 2024.

Palladium Pakistan is implementing, delivering Accelerated Family Planning in Pakistan (DAFPAK) programme aims to expand access to quality family planning (FP) services in the public and private sectors. Funded by the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), in three districts (Sukkur, Ghotki and Khairpur).Established and maintaining effective networking and liaison with district health, population welfare, PPHI, RMNCH and others relevant stakeholders and departments to ensure smooth implementation of the project. Organized comprehensive training for health facility staff including women medical officers, medical officers, lady health supervisors, lady health workers and technical team members, the focus of these training session was on comprehensive family planning methods and counselling process to increase new FP clients. Provided training to the District Health Officer on Result-Based Management (RMB) and assisting in the development of a District RBM Plan. This plan aims to enhance the supply chain and distribution of contraceptive commodities to health facilities to achieve the RMB indicators. Conducted IT related training for health staff to enable them to generate and manage data, this was also included prepared analytical reports on contraceptive commodity and data demand and evidence based decision-making. Closely worked with the Department of Health, Population Welfare departments and RMNCH staff to ensure the timely provision of family planning commodities in the project targeted health facilities. Coordination with district officials, such as the district health officers, district population welfare officers, PPHI, and RMNCH to facility quarterly meeting for effective project evaluation and decision-making. Prepared analytical family planning data and presenting in for further decision-making to achieve the RBM indicators.

Managed large-scale project in public and private sector. I have consistently met targets, ensured smooth project implementation though stakeholders engagements and delivered high-quality results withing stipulated time frames and achieved 4.5 million HHs survey target through 4500 team members 15 districts of Sindh and Punjab Province. Liaised with stakeholders, including district administration, security agencies and forces, to gather pre-survey information on households, population statistics, no object certificate (NoCs) and secure cooperation for the smooth implementation of the digital survey. Successfully supervised the recruitment and hiring process of over 4500 team members by selection criteria in 15 districts of Sindh and Punjab Provinces. Played a key role in designing and implementing, social mobilization and data collection tools & methodology, developed blocks and areas mapping and GIS maps used for the survey. Ensured the accuracy and quality of data collected through proper training and supervision of the survey teams. Designed and managed a dashboard to monitor survey progress on a daily basis, effectively analyzed the data uploaded and implemented measures to rectify and gaps or issues identified during the analysis and presented progress reports at various forums, providing updates to stakeholders and project team and donors.Provided ongoing supervision, mentoring, and support to the team to ensure their effectiveness in carrying out their roles and met the targets.Ensured smooth project implementation through stakeholders engagement, and delivered high-quality results within stipulated time frames.

Develop and maintain strong coordination with key stakeholders in the district e.g. District administration, Education Department, and other line departments for successful and sustainable implementation of projects initiatives.Support to provincial and national offices in monitoring and data collection activities related to the work plan and ensured accurate and timely provided schools, teachers and enrolled students data for further use. Facilitated and take an active role in the recruitment process of school support associates and others staff in line with HR guidelines.Established and maintain strong coordination with key stakeholders in the district, such as district education department, district administration and other line department to update them on project activities seek their support and collaboration, and address any concerns/challengesOversee the implementation of professional development activities including face to face teacher training, follow-up and the roll-out of teacher and learning materiel and ensured their smooth execution. Developed reading instruction skills of 1500 school teachers of Shikarpur and Ghotki Districts with focus on teaching reading. Identified and compiled success stories form the field that highlighted the impact of the project and shared them with stakeholders, donors and the project team to showcase the positive outcomes.Managed budgets and financial resources allocated to the district, ensuring their optimal utilization and adherence to financial guidelines.Provided leadership and guidance to the district-based project staff, prepared weekly, monthly planing included schools visits plan.Prepare and submit district level monthly, quarterly and annual reports and maintain updates to be shared with supervisor and the provincial team on a regular or as and when required basis.

Waseela-e Taleem Project, I was responsible for managing a large-scale project in Sindh and South Punjab, through effective stakeholders engagement, This was resulted in the enrollment of 1.3 million children in primary schools of Sindh and Punjab Liaised with stakeholders, including district administration, security agencies and forces no object certificate (NoCs) and secure cooperation for the smooth implementation of the digital survey. Successfully supervised the recruitment and hiring process of over 750 team members by selection criteria in 6 districts of Sindh and Punjab Provinces. Conducted micro supply capacity assessment (MSCA) of targeted schools, the purpose of collecting MSCA data was to identified available capacity including enrolment capacity, infrastructural conditions, accessibility and catchment areas.Capacity building of 3690 women leaders of BISP beneficiary committee in targeted districts of Sindh and Punjab. The training have equipped women leaders with the knowledge and skills to enrolled children, discussed problems faced by the conditional cash transfer and unconditional cash transfer BISP benefices with BISP officials. Formed BISP beneficiaries committee (BBC) through mobilization of 135,815 BISP families in target district of Sindh and South Punjab, through these committees, mothers raised their concerns and issued related to the program to BISP offices through their elected leaders. Enrolled 1300,000 BISP beneficiaries children in identified schools of targeted districts of Sindh and Punjab. To ensure child enrollment and attendance through android tablets compliance application, BISP beneficiaries will received funds if their children attend school at least 70% of the time.Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual reports and maintain updates to be shared with provincial team on a regular or as and when required basis.

Formation 10 CBOs to provide a platform to address their issues more effectively, and act is a catalyst to promote community participation in decision making in targeted areas.Developed livelihoods plan in close consultation with CBOs, later endorsed by the communities and line department, livelihood development plan contain skills enhancement training and to introduction of income generation models.  310 community members have been trained in capacity building and skills enhancement training, and income generation models introduced including, kitchen garden, vocational training centers, livestock management training including poultry rearing etc specially for women. Established fish restaurant, aquaculture, herbal medicine store and plant nurseries In order to reduced pressure on the natural resources 1050 mud fuel-efficient stoves were introduced at the household level. Community poverty alleviation funds has introduced solar energy interventions to 400 households, 100 livestock units, 110 kitchen gardens, 10 vocational training centers,190 Ice boxes, and more then 650 fruit plants have been provided to enhance their livelihoods.A number of awareness raising activities carried out including world wetlands day, world environment day, international days for disaster risk reduction, word forestry day, earth hours, word fishery day, world water day, these activities provided opportunity to locals to increase awareness about project intervention and conservation. Establish and enhance linkages with partners and stakeholders of the project to ensure sustainability of the interventions.Identify and facilitate the development of proposals and mechanisms for additional streams of sustainable funding for site activitiesPrepare and submit the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual project reports (APR) to the Project Manager

 Support program staff and Implementing Partners (IPs) putting into practice of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) methods, data collection procedures to effectively monitor project performance and evaluate outcomes project.  Work closely with the Project manager and support field based IPs staff for developing and implementing appropriate M&E process of the program.  Participate in the process of determining information needs of different projects in accordance with FAO requirements. Actively participate in developing program plan, monitoring and evaluation tools and methods for survey and analysis.  Conduct periodic monitoring trips to the project sites, including random monitoring check on Implementing Partners (IPs) activities and progress using standard monitoring tools.  Maintain database system of beneficiaries of each project.

 Develop tools and processes of project activities as per award monitoring. Develop and implement monitoring mechanism for assessment of relationship and partners performance Provide technical support of partners in implementation of the Jobs project related activities and built their capacity. To scrutinize proposals and finalize qualified proposal for grants under USAID Jobs Project.  Conduct regular M&E visit to field and help of partners to ensure maintain the quality. Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly progress reports to donors.  Conduct quality control tests on all incoming data and supervise data entry and data cleaning/editing processes in MIS. Plan and develop processes for assessing and planning capacity building of CARE staff and implementing partner’s staff regarding M&E.

The target of the project was to facilitate the community forums into community based organizations (CBOs) and their capacity development for proposal writing, financial and proposal management through a process involving research and assessment of the current capacities of these community forums and other stakeholders and identification of gaps.Responsibilities Provide leadership and guidance to the project, ensuring its successful implementation and achievement of the objectives. Collect and analyse relevant data to establish a baseline for the project to assessing the current capacities of the community forums and stakeholders involved. Conducted a thorough assessment of the training needs for the community forums and stakeholders and identified areas where capacity development is required Developed and expand the capacity build of the CBOs members based on their identified needs. Conducted training sessions for the project's target groups, ensured the dissemination of knowledge and skills necessary for project writing, financial management, and project management. Reviews and writes all training reports of the capacity building of community members in consultation with Head Office. To submit weekly and monthly reports to Head Office.

LEAD Pakistan had launched a project “To Assess and city to improve Participatory Environmental Management” funded by Asian development bankIdentifying community issues, needs and problems;Helping to raise public awareness on issues relevant to the community on environments Acting as facilitator to promote self-help in the communityCoordinate with environmental and other relevant institutions.Develop strong networking with the community in order to enhance the capacity of the network group.Facilitate to develop training modules and deliver training to relevant stakeholders (including bar councils and press clubs) and networks in PEM tools as well as public interest litigation processes.To conduct training for Participatory Environmental Management (PEM) Network to enhance their capacity regarding environmental issues. Develop training module of Musalihat Anjuman and define their roles and responsibilities and areas of focus for Musalihat Anjuman according to LGO 2001.To prepare reports for the management on project activities in the district.
