• Assess and analyze various financial proposals, projects and plans proposed by other companies;• Design and introduce new financial instruments or packages and coordinating and co-operating in their implementation and providing feedback reports;• Develop and design / redesign the processes to improve efficiency and comply with changing rules and regulations;• Feasibility study and Criteria analysis for branch and ATM locations; • Benchmark financial products against other local banks and financial institutions and study and report on provision of new products to the management;• Provide well researched reports requested by the management in respect of various issues related to the monetary, financial and baking affairs;• Train and mentor new assigned recruits in the department;• Assess requests for issuance of the bonds (securities) by the companies and enter into negotiations for the terms and types of issuance and provision of bonds (securities);• Provide stock services for companies, including underwriting, capital increase, payment of profit and payment of sold priority rights;
