Automation of Credit related processes including Auto Communication for Dishonoured Payments to both Client and brokers. Proven business benefit and process efficiency resulting in 2500-4000 automatic emails generated and sent to clients and brokers, which previously would have been manually triggered.● Delivery of Auto Restructure Project – Analysis and Technical Lead. Automation of loan restructures upon receipt of RP to the clients Premium funding facility. Industry first Innovation resulting in net benefit to external clients as well as the Business. Clients loans are restructured automatically to a reduced instalment amount upon Hunter receipting RP’s as a result of the cancellation of any funded insurance premiums. Auto communication also sent to brokers and clients.
