Current• Plan Maintenance Tasks: Develop a schedule for maintenance work based on a pre-approved program and collaborate with the production team to ensure tasks are completed on time.• Forecast and Procure Components: Create a list of necessary parts, communicate needs to the procurement team, and confirm that the required components are available before scheduling maintenance tasks.• Prepare Maintenance Documentation: Create and organize maintenance data sheets and ensure all completed task records are accurately documented according to guidelines.• Manage Maintenance Records: Keep detailed records of maintenance activities to assist with any technical investigations conducted by relevant authorities.• Support Audit and Safety Investigations: Address any findings from audits and safety investigations, implementing corrective actions to resolve issues.• Maintain a Defect Register: Update records of defects and ensure that all technical documentation for components is accurate and up to date.• Analyze Manufacturer Instructions: Review instructions from component manufacturers, prepare necessary worksheets, and schedule maintenance tasks to comply with their guidelines.• Prepare Maintenance Tools and Supplies List: Review maintenance procedures to create a list of required tools and consumables needed for upcoming tasks.• Document Component History: Maintain accurate logs and records for each component, including history cards and technical data sheets.• Verify Parts Acceptability: Review illustrated parts catalogs to confirm that components meet design specifications, supporting the procurement team in their purchasing decisions.• Estimate Maintenance Time: Calculate the man-hours needed for extensive maintenance tasks and communicate these estimates to the production planning team.• Report Data: Provide necessary data and updates to the component manufacturer and relevant authorities through an online portal.
