TFT provides clients with high quality behavior analytic services by developing individual comprehensive programs that increase social competence and build skills necessary to access and navigate through their world, while also respecting their individual preferences and rights.TFT utilizes community based instruction. Clients learn and practice critical skills in the community, this increases their opportunities to generalize skills accross multiple environments.

The E.L.P. helps teens with high functioning autism and Asperger's Syndrome improve their social problem solving and social thinking skills while the teens participate in service learning activities. Service-learning aims to build knowledge, character, and civic skills in young people by combining service to the community with learning in other key areas. By directly linking service to these other key areas, service-learning creates a place for service that is integrated into a program's main goal: clinical intervention. ELP participants in 2010 provided service at Lifelong AIDS Alliance, Operation Sack Lunch and Elder and Adult Day Services.

FEAT of WA's Family Service Coordinator offers manifold support for families. FEAT’s goal is to reach families at pivotal transition times: be the initial contact, guide to the next transition, and provide the next connection point in helping their children reach their full potential. To this end the Family Services Coordinator offers in person, by phone and online resource support for new members. This support is aimed at helping them navigate key transitions on their path with autism as well as multiple systems of care and social services.

FEAT's Summer Intervention Program provides learners with an autism spectrum disorder and their typically developing peers with an exceptional summer intervention experience based on ABA. Serving over 60 learners between the ages of 4 and 12 years old each summer at two different sites, the SIP offers enrolled learners the opportunity to receive highly skilled instervention in social skills, language skills as well as academics.
