I started my IT journey when my father established a cybercafe at prominent location of Lucknow( India) in early 2000. At that time I worked on Windows 98 and MS DOS Operating System on 64MB RAM and developed first website page on HTML. This understanding later helped me in diving into C,C++ and scoring well in 12th board exams. During my B-Tech from Electronics and Communication Engineering from MPGI group, I learned concepts of Data Flow, Digital Electronics, Microcontrollers, Computer Networking & Servers, Robotics and Embedded C. I completed various technical projects with my deep Electronics Hardware and Software Understanding. My IT corporate life started with Accenture Ltd where I worked in Technical Support of Google Play and Hardware then I moved to HCL Ltd and worked in various projects on Windows Servers and Office365. I was fortunate to get chance working in Office365 support in Microsoft Corp itself with LTI Mindtree ltd. I worked on incidents and implementations on various clients related to finance, healthcare, manufacturing units etc I used to handle ticket on Exchange Online, Azure AD, Security and compliance etc. Later, I moved to Collaboration Team of Renown Hospital Nevada, USA ( remote) while working for R4 solutions Inc. Currently I am working in Happiest Mind Technologies Ltd for SBI project as Microsoft Security Consultant and working on Microsoft 365 administration including Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Purview, Intune, SharePoint Administration and Azure Identity Management. I develop security documents,POCs and provide recommendations in current environment for security hardening. With my eight years of experience in IT ticketing, implementation and management, I am capable in administering large and medium organisation’s IT infrastructure over cloud as well as on-premise environment.Thank You for walking with me this far.
