Reporting to the Director of Curriculum and Education, this role planned, coordinated, and executed all training logistics and content for the coach training program including event management, curriculum and content writing, staff management, and annual budgeting and strategic planning. Collaborated with industry experts, coaches, and senior leadership to co-author and implement a curriculum revision. Designed training content and materials for coach training program used to train 5,000+ coaches domestically and internationally.Managed 20 coach training events annually domestically and internationally, balancing the needs of our chapters, staff, and budget with the organization’s mission. Developed and stewarded partnerships with Els for Autism, Positive Coaching Alliance, RISE, and Golf Digest leading to enhanced training offerings for our community of 5,000 coaches. Managed coaches and curriculum for our DEIB focused participant event, the Game Changers Academy, ensuring that coaches were diverse and felt empowered to have critical conversations with teens around key social issues.Trained and coached 20 national trainers, ensuring they felt supported and empowered to make decisions and complete tasks with minimal supervision and confidence.

Working in various locations, this role brought golf to kids from underserved and underrepresented communities in a fun and engaging environment. Worked directly with athletes of varying skill and age levels to develop skills and capabilities utilizing growth centered coaching techniques.Mentored athletes from historically underserved and underrepresented populations to ensure they had access to the game of golf and all of the resources they needed to be successful.

Created and coordinated safe and effective program delivery across 5 program locations for 200+ participants annually.Engaged community by implementing a three pronged school program support system in 50+ schools that included securing funding, training, field day events, and ongoing program support for PE teachers leading to 25,000+ engagements annually. Leveraged historical data youth population statistics to develop a strategic plan to expand programs across multiple delivery channels into underserved and underrepresented communities which provided access to golf and drove program impact in the community. Directed a roster of 50+ volunteer staff and board members across 5 program locations ensuring proper staffing for a variety of events including weekly classes, field days, and fundraising events.
