To conduct factory Internal Audit, FSMS audit, Process & Hygiene improvement audit & monthly HALAL meeting and take the lead role to identify and implement follow-up actions.Accountable for the operational management for both Raw & packaging materials with the focus on the ensuring compliance of food safety, Local regulatory & international standard. Maintain system including material supplies, incoming materials & inprocess.Providing technical support to procurement, Marketing and R&D for new Product Development (NPD) & Existing Product Development (EPD).Leading the Root Cause Analysis of Products or Process quality defects to facilitate the development of long term solution. Conducting monthly QCM meeting minutes and HACCP meeting. Review and create new SOP as per frequency and requirement of QMS.Providing relevant training to the team members as a part of Man power development. Developing new packaging materials. Like as foil,pouch,tray,label & carton develop considering economic aspects.
