- Monitoring all safety issues on site, prevent and stop dangerous work practices.- Ensuring site operatives are aware of risks and hazards.- Supporting the other department’s management by preparing safety plans, carrying out formaltraining in safety and holding toolbox talks on daily basis.- Performing a job risk assessment on weakly basis which included identifying possible hazards,evaluating risks, and implementing control measures.- Liaison with the company’s staff on site and other managers to ensure awareness of all safetyrequirements and PTW permit system.- Continuous monitoring of Pipeline construction, welding activities, pipes stringing, Critical Lifting,Deep Excavation, Heavy pipes Structural Fabrication, Crane Operations, Heavy Vehiclemovement, Painting Activities, PAUT testing, gamma rays inspection and pipelines Hydro testing.- Holding safety induction courses on site for all new and existing employees.- Conducting site inspections on regular basis.- Supporting other department’s management in solving Health, Safety and Environment related problems.- Helping in identifying and eliminating unsafe conditions and maintain complete work field safe with proper housekeeping.

- Provide logistic support for the operations department in site, including completing vetting process,updates about construction schedule changes, daily reports and sending access requests andproviding work permit when needed.- Keeping costumers updated about work progress in site and sending daily work logs in accordancewith the operations department.- making sure that operations in progress are on planned scope of work and on specified date andtime and reporting to the department manager in case of any errores and help with findingsolutions.- providing support for the procurement department including sending purchase orders as advisedby the procurement manager, saving purchase orders sent by costumers, making delivery reportsand sending access requests for our staff to deliver the goods.- Managing all the company's documents and keeping track of the company's procedures.- Making sure that all company's documents and procedures are preserved and accessibleby approved personals when needed.- Sending proposals of bids in coordination with both the procurement and the operationdepartments and making sure that the submitted proposals meets the bids and the clients requirements.

- Keeping track of all inventory items inputted and used from both the operations department andthe procurement department.- Keeping an updated records of the inventory items, input items and outgoing items, arranging andlabeling them properly to ensure easy access by both procurement and operations departments.- Making sure that the inventory items, machines and tools are in ideal condition, and fixing or replacing expired Items and faulty machinery.

- Contributing to the overall bidding process on daily basis by Pricing, sending prices andpurchasing materials and goods for various companies both locally and internationally, andmaking sure that the priced items are exactly as requested with the best quality and lowest pricepossible.- Delivering Purchased items and making sure that the purchased items are delivered in less than 2days from receiving the purchase order.- Pricing and purchasing items needed in construction sites by operations department for variousprojects.- Making sure that the local and international vendors list is up to date.

Attending site visits in camps and well sites for oil companies to make sure that all requirementsare included in the scope of work for better risk assessment.- Supervising and helping in construction, transporting, placing and maintenance of cabins invarious oil companies camps and well sites.- Making sure that the working staff on site are following work safety measures
