Preference and Performance-Based Adaptive Task Planning in Human-Robot Collaboration:-- Developed and created mathematical models and algorithms for a proactive framework for cobot task allocation and scheduling in human-robot collaboration, enabling simultaneous consideration of both estimated human preference and performance.-- Developed and implemented an adaptive robot task planning system in a collaborative scenario, involving autonomous pick-and-place operations for a mobile manipulator (Fetch Robot).-- Performed a comprehensive user study to assess the effectiveness of the proposed planning framework, its ability to adapt to participants' changing preferences and performance, and its effects on participants' perception of the robot and collaboration, including trust, workload, working alliance, and robot traits.
