• Designated as Regional Sales Manager – North; Area ranging from Rahimyarkhan to Peshawar.• Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager and focusing primarily on assigning and meeting the sales target of the region, including but not limited to the sales hubs located at Multan, Sahiwal, Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad and Peshawar.• Monitoring area-wise sales performance of Hub Managers and Responsible for hiring sales staff of the region.

• Compiling lists of potential customers in relation to the products being offered by the bank.• Active solicitation of new customers• Relationship Building with the customers from the time of initial account opening to ensuring smooth execution of transactions with the bank.• Deepening customers’ relationship with the bank.• Proper profiling of customer documentation.• Strict adherence to compliance standards.• Providing one-window solutions to all customer related problems.
