•Team Lead for the vaccines section in Khalifa City responsible for managing the volunteer schedules, attendance, and ensuring consistent coverage of volunteers to support the public in receiving their vaccines on time.Responsible for responding with regards to face-to-face customer queries regarding administration of the vaccine and other complex situation in line with the announcements by the health authorities. Registration of customer details for both PCR and vaccines teams to ensure smooth and seamless management of all visitors within the timeline provided by management.• Performing PCR Swabs for visitors to Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi , several exhibitions . • Administrating pre- vaccine checks for visitors including BP and temperature checks to ensure safety of the community • Managing the flow of visitors to ensure proper social distancing and adherence to COVID-19 protocols

• Processing government related applications to ensure continuity of La Tigid business government bodies, including but not limited to visit visas, employment or residence visas, car registrations, Trade License, labor permits, etc.• Assist employees for new and renewed visas for self and their immediate dependents from A to Z (permit to residence visa issuance)• Working with both Fujairah Creative Free Zone and Dubai Mainland Departments• Proactively manage government relations updates as per immigration and relevant departments laws and support the business to ensure compliance and effective solutions
