• Worked on the PBX retirement project. Involved moving the entire hospitals telephone system from the old analog phone system to the new Cisco Voice-over-IP solution • Training customers on how to use the telecommunications devices: including, phones, projectors, video conference systems, call center system for taking calls• Helped and was part of the James Cancer Hospital go live project in 2014. Helped with project management; getting the correct equipment, troubleshooting, training users, and implementing changes as needed.
