As Country IT Manager Turkey & Middle East responsible for overall steering of all IT Activities for Middle East and Turkey. Ensuring the integration towards countries and performing overall IT manager role to ensure continuity of IT services among the region for mainly vendor, Implementation, IT Operations and Delivery management.

Heading the team responsible for continuity of IT Infrastructure including datacenter, network and production systems infrastructure as well as management of application portfolio and Application lifecycle management. In addition to IT Operations Continuity Management, overall responsibility for IT security tasks including monitoring of network, applications and systems to ensure information security among the organization within the IT Operations Team.Some of the main responsibilities are to Ensure adherence to standards, to enhance the flow of information throughout an information system, to promote adaptability necessary for a changeable environment, to ensure interoperability among organizational and external entities, to maintain effective change management policies and practices are key responsibilities as well as overall IT budget responsibility.Besides above ensuring the business adopts the right technology and keeping critical systems up and running, keeping the environment responsive, Increase / strictly follow up end-user satisfaction, ensuring systems are secure and current and emergency planning as well.Also heading a team of 8 internal and 9 external employees.

Responsible for Applications used in production environment.Especially for MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and 2D Matrix (Track & Trace) printing systems, interfaces with ERP. Operational Project Management for IT systems to be used in pharmaceutical production environment.Consulting on new and current IT systems for production environment. Oracle & Microsoft SQL database administration.Creation of IT & operations related procedures, risk analysis and required qualification documents, execution of qualification plan. Testing the systems for commissioning. Global project support for IT & Operational projects.Budget tracking for the key systems. Maintenance and troubleshooting especially for MES and 2D Matrix systems. Also web based application and interface development for all departments at production site with Oracle 11g Application Express.Support production performance tracking division for creation of the custom reports developed on Qlikview.Additionally the oracle database administration for oracle databases. Also consultancy, documentation on GMP critical systems to IT department is in scope.Leading the validation activities in terms of GMP and Computerized Systems' Validation.

Responsible for all IT environment, (clients&Servers) IT Infrastructure, service desk on production site.Project management, database management. IT support & Consulting for IT related projects.Creation of IT related procedures, backup & restore tasks.Lotus Notes administration & support.

During my Short Term Assignment in Bayer Animal Health Global IT team, I was appointed as Animal Health IT Business Partner for Marketing supporting / managing Animal Health Marketing Digital projects according to Global Marketing strategies. In addition to that ensuring compliance of all digital assets according to Bayer Governance Rules.

Responsible for service desk, network administration and workplace support including procurement, lifecycle and maintenance of IT assets.Service desk Support for around 150 clients and 30 servers. Lotus Notes support.
