Dr. Ali Perez is a licensed bilingual chiropractic physician and cum laude graduate from Palmer College in February 2013. She is certified as a sports practitioner as of October 2015. Dr. Perez is a licensed chiropractor in Maryland and Virginia, with a certification as a sports practitioner and expert in soft tissue release and other modalities. She has over 200 hours of continuing education courses in several different backgrounds to be able to practice and perform best evidence-based clinical practice. She has taken courses in Active Release Technique and other instrument assisted soft tissue courses with a special interest in acute and chronic back pain, pregnancy, athletic injuries and performance. She has also attended post-graduate courses through the Motion Palpation Institute and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, dealing in the diagnosis of spine and extremity conditions.Dr. Perez has been teaching and lecturing about proper posture, ergonomics and performance to patients and onsite companies for the past several years. She combines best practices both from high level sports and athletic performance as well as high level corporate wellness to provide the best in conservative health and wellness.
