Responsible for  Managing a portfolio of $15 million revenue with P&L responsibility. Establishing, implementing, continuously driving and monitoring growth plans to increase revenue, market share and profit margins for Surface Drilling and Tunneling product lines in Canada. Developing, implementing and maintaining KPIs for the product lines in Canada. Actively leading a team of distributors and direct sales team to support growth targets for the product lines in Canada. Actively leading a team of service mechanics to ensure service personnel have proper service training, and ensuring service bulletins are implemented. Preparing and negotiating service contracts and life cycle service agreements for the product lines with focus on larger construction projects. Ensuring optimum inventory is maintained at all times through close work with supply chain team. Engaging and motivating team members to focus on goals and objectives achievement. Maintaining and broadening personal customer and dealer contact and actively sell to major projects. Maintaining understanding of the local market needs and communicating those towards factory. Ensuring compliance with all federal, provincial and local legislation and regulations.  Preparing tender documents for the larger projects.

Responsible for: Growing PERI revenue with a list of ten strategic construction companies in Canada: PCL, EllisDon, SNC Lavalin, AECON, VANBOTS/Carillion, Graham Construction, LEDCOR, Bird Construction Peter Kiewit and FLUOR. Building and managing relationships at the highest possible level with selected client and projects. Establish and lead account development teams across Canada regions. Pro-actively drive initiatives and activate the necessary PERI resources (sales, technical, logistic…) to close sales and generate new proposals to implement the strategic accounts/ projects development plan.
