I develop and execute strategic external communications for Brookfield Properties retail group, which includes 130+ properties and the corporate business. Additionally, I lead property and leasing PR efforts, I work across departments on proactive and reactive comms, and crisis and brand threat situations.

Responsible for external communications on the corporate and property level with Brookfield Properties’ key audiences, including consumers, retail partners and the media. Partners with other departments (such as Leasing, Development, Business Development, Legal, HR, and Marketing) to facilitate an integrated communication approach.I work with executive and leadership team to maintain and build the brand through earned channels such as media and social media. For example, during my first year, I established an ongoing executive and leadership LinkedIn program. I assist and handle brand threats and crisis communication for the corporate and property teams across media and social channels. During crisis, coordinate and provide updates, status reports and briefings to stakeholders and functional teams.I've developed and managed strategic communications during key moments in time such as holidays and Formula 1 in Vegas.
