- Collaborating and taking over responsibilities with other departments in preparing scope of work including project requirements, milestones, deliverables, end products, documents and reports that are expected to be provided by external providers.- Developing planning standards, methods, and procedures to maintain robust PM, TPM processes as well as robust containments and countermeasures for equipment downtime.

- Managing a team of equipment maintenance technicians that are responsible for equipment availability, and performance. - Performing preventative maintenance and repair on a variety of electro-mechanical, robotic, and pneumatic manufacturing equipment. - Develop and maintain maintenance and calibration schedules for all tools, machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing facility. - Responsible for coordinating activities (PM's, TPM, problem solving) of third party contractors, vendors, or suppliers related to the maintenance field.- Repair, adjust, and maintain production equipment, machinery, or instruments in cooperation with internal and external staff to ensure that it functions reliably and complies with process specifications.- Participates in regularly scheduled team meetings.- Training and supporting of engineers and team members with less experience.
