Project was about the development of Housing Community (Askari-XI Lahore) forretired Army Officers which included construction 20 G+7 (3 & 4 Bed Apartments) ResidentialBlocks, Masjid Askari Heights, Main Gate Entrances, Askari Parks (Sector A & B), Play Ground,Horticulture of Sector B, Renovation & Uplifting of Underpass. & my responsibilities as AssistantProject Coordinator included:1. Quality Control & Assurance of Engineering Practices by Sub-Contractors.2. Monitoring & Control of Project Timelines.3. Keeping track of points discussed in Meetings & aggressive coordination with DeputyAssistant Directors for Timely Completion of tasks.4. Assisting Assistant Director Housing Works-I (ADH-I) in monitoring of all the projects.5. Coordination b/w General Head Quarters & ADH-I Office.6. Working on proposals for Horticulture Plans.7.
