Ambulance & Fire Fighting VehicleResponsibilities: Analyze the technical requirement of the tender.• Reviewing customer and/or tender specifications and drafting of technical specifications/compliance sheet in accordance to both technical and budgetary requirements.• Prepare estimation sheet and guide the offers, drawings and ad hoc Documents in compliance with the regulatory standards.• Project management right from receiving the sales lead to the commercial proposal matching the client budget and procurement, production, quality control till the delivery of automotive special vehicle body-building works and its related accessories that includes ambulance vehicle, mobile medical vehicle, armored vehicle, special vehicle to ensure smooth operations.• Attend Kick-Off and Vendor/Team Meetings as part of New products/Job requirement.• Collaborate with the divisions buyers in selecting the products, placing the local and purchase orders to the material receivables that includes chassis, equipment and sub-components• Co-ordinate in operation of production plan and to minimize the project deviations.• Collect the bed results to re-strategies the pricing and submission criteria.• Ensure the management policies on budget, QA/QC and ethical business objectives are meet.• Update in the organization’s ERP/MRP/SCM database for the awarded orders

• Supervised and improved the company factory by supporting engineering teams, drawing up safetyprotocols, reporting issues to the manager, and developing strategies to improve efficiency and profit.• Ensured that industrial machinery and equipment runs smoothly and reliably. Troubleshoot, andrepair different types of equipment. Monitor equipment and diagnosed machine failures.• Received and recorded new stock as it's delivered or shipped out by analyzing different suppliers,recording daily deliveries, and evaluating new shipments.• Approved finished products by confirming specifications;• Conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.Documented Inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste;inputting data into a quality database.
