• Developed and implemented Business System testing for the Y2K program.
• Coordinated with different Caltex departments such as Marketing, Sales, Trading and Operations to develop enterprise-wide business contingency plans. Conducted workshops in different Caltex countries to help them.
• Helped some Caltex affiliates to map their businesses on enterprise drawings to help them evaluate business and technology risks that they were exposed to because of the Y2K issue.

• Developed specification templates for the batch blending process to provide tools for Caltex companies to procure batch blending control systems.
• Developed relationships with selected suppliers after a detailed selection process to classify them as ‘Caltex preferred suppliers’ and synchronize the design standards with their systems.
• Defined batch standards to execute batch blending and implemented those standards in the design while SP-88 was still working on batch standards.
• Worked as an internal consultant to help Caltex companies to select right technology for the marketing businesses like lubes blending and terminal automation and pipeline custody transfer applications.
• Designed, developed and installed a blend control system for a lubricant plant to increase the plant capacity from 10,000 MT/shift to 30,000 MT/shift. This involved the design of a batch-execution system with a SCADA.
• Commissioned and managed the lube plant in Caltex Karachi and provided concurrent training to the operations team on new plant systems and new work processes..
