Responsibilities:• Making of detailed Inspection and testing plans in discussion with client and set planner for the concerned activities at various stages on the process. • Previsualize Inspection of all equipment’s whichever is opened (like Fire Tenders K.O. Drums, Boilers, Reformers, High pressure pumps, Surge drums, Columns and Towers etc. • Inspection after Cleaning / Chemical Cleaning, &list out the repair activities in accordance with procedures and standards. • Inspection after repair in Heat Exchangers like Tube, Tube sheet change, Ferrule Inspection, Plugging, Seal welding of tubes, Hydro test shell &Tube sides etc. • Visual Inspection of Reactors/Reformers removal & loading of Catalyst, Hydro test of Coils & final Box-Up Inspection. • Inspection of Drums & Vessels for its Mechanical Integrity, review of all NDT Related activities & final Box – Up. • Visual Inspection of Crude Column, identifying damaged trays, Chimney trays, Removal & install of new trays, Hydro test of Chimney trays & final Inspection. • Removal of Old valves & repair, D.P Test, Thickness measurement records review, & re – installation of Valves.

Responsibilities:• Review the Contractor QA/QC plans and procedures to verify if they comply with execution contractor’s and Client’s contractual obligations• Review contractor’s QA/QC dept to verify its adequacy and effectiveness to address all quality issues• Review inspection and test plans for hold, witness and surveillance points for Contractor and sub contractor.• Preparation of punch lists• Review Test packs before and during hydro testing.• Review and approve Contractor’s quality documentation, weekly Progress and welding summary of the project• Interaction with higher officials of Contractor and consultants.

Responsibilities:• Stage wise Inspection of fabrication of pipe spools which includes material identification,inspection of joint fit up, inspection before, during and after welding, checking and witnessing NDT(RT/UT/PT/MT) requirements, witnessing PWHT activities, witnessing hydro tests and pneumatic tests, review of test packages and inspection of coatings etc.• Review of ITP/WPS/PQR/WQT/MTR, witness and certification of welding procedures andwelder’s qualification tests.• Ensures that welder tests, welding inspection, NDT activities(RT/UT/PT/MT) and NDTevaluations are properly carried out and that certificates are provided accordingly bycontinuous monitoring and document review.• Incoming material inspection - verifying the material traceability, test certificates, physicalcondition for any damages or corrosion related problems• Inspection of welding consumables, baking and storage of electrodes.• Verifying calibration of welding machines, ovens and welder quivers.• Verifying fabrication and erection of pipe spools as per isometric drawing.• Review of calibration certificates for ovens, welding machines and inspection tools.• Review of Welder Qualification and applicable ranges of welder performance.• In process monitoring of welding, preheat, inter-pass temperature• In-charge of monitoring welder’s performance and maintaining welder’s continuity records.• Review and maintaining the QC Record, Daily Welding Reports, NDT Reports etc.,

Responsibilities:• Fit-up Welding & NDE Activities of Tanks and Piping work Study and implement the applicable Codes, Standards, Specification and Drawings for Piping, Structural, Valve, Gaskets.• Inspection of Incoming Materials like Pipes, Pipe Fittings, Valves, Gasket and Structural Items and MTC Review the Material Test Certificate and consumable Certificates as per Requirements.• Inspection of Welding Consumable likes condition, diameter, length, and storage handling as per requirements.
