(Sub-Con At Aramco Projects) Apr 2018 - Sep 2020Eastern, Saudi ArabiaLOCATION AND SCOPE OF WORK: 01) In Khuraise and Haradh area of Eastern province of Saudi Arabia, our scope of work was of civil work that included building well-head, remote headers, right of ways, excavation of lines, back-fill, and berm work.02) In Safania, Marjan project, we worked as a sub-con of Sinohydro for the widening and rehabilitation of 42km metal road at Aramco site. Our scope work included cutting and cleaning of additional area, general filling, sub base and base course filling and compaction including sabka area near sea. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES: Overall responsible for logistic support of construction work within our work scope, responsible to arrange teams, including site engineer, foreman, surveyors, QC Inspector Civil, HSE supervisors and HSE officers, aramco approved WPRs, Equipement operators, Drivers, flage man and firewatch, first aiders. Responsible to create work schedule and to allocate responsibilities, site visits to ensure the smooth flow of work activities on site in compliance of Aramco standards and procedures. Regular coordination with QC and surveyors for the quality and quantity approvals, Regular coordination with site engineer and foremen to set and acheive work target, within available resources (equipments and workforce). preparation of daily weekly and monthly work progress reports to share with GM and client. responsible to prepare and update the list of machinery & equipment and workforce deployed on various work sites. responsible to prepare and present the presentation in a regular weekly meetings on work progress, volume of work achieved and the timeframe of remaining scope and quantity of work to be achieved. responsible to resolve conflicts and to maintain an environment of peace and tranquility for a diversified workforce. responsible to monitor the performance of workers and to develop a mechanism of reward.
