In Mustafa Khan & Company, my major JDs are to:- Develop HR data base in Hard and soft form as well, so we may track a resume or record smoothly.- Arrange the interviews, I have arranged around 110 interviews over the 1.5 year.- Attend the Interviews being a part of Interview Panel, I attended around 50 interviews and and observing the technical knowledge, skills, Morality and psychological aspects as well.- Make sure and analyze the attendance in hard and soft as well, in this part I am supposed at make sure the attendance of each employee and interns and analyze their attendance progress.- Prepare Master Attendance Record, it consists upon the whole attendance record of each employee in the excel, so we may have a master view at the end, I keep it updated over the 1.5 years.- Prepare the payroll, it includes basic salary, allowances, rewards, advances and other adjustments.- Trace out the gap, we focus on training and uplifting our team, that's why trace out the training gap and arrange it accordingly is also my key Job description.- Conduct healthy and fruitful sessions, I am helping out to arrange multiple sessions that are healthy and fruitful for all of the team and organisation as well.- Manage petty cash and maintain the record too.- Acquisition of assets and other things, as per the need of the organization.No doubt CA firms are just like a learning factory for those who want to learn.
