Solution-focused, grounded and a track record of delivering above and beyond in my roles. My formative career years in Health and Social Care, both private and NHS, allowed my to showcase my hardworking nature and my innate sense of care and pride in everything I undertake, and my ability to deliver results in everything I do. Within my current company, I hit the ground running and earned a promotion to a senior role after only 7 months. I am now independently responsible for the front-end service delivery management to 15% of our entire SME customer base, equating to hundreds of customers. To them, I furnish all Occupational Health needs including Absence Management, Health Surveillance and Ergonomic Products. Within my short time in this role, I have achieved a 57% increase in year-on-year gross sales and have undertaken projects to create and document solid internal processes, building off customer feedback to ensure continuous service quality improvement. I have a sound understanding of internal auditing, ISO accreditations and identifying and rectifying gaps in training amongst the administrative staff I currently work with and oversee. Most notably in my current role, I work independently without supervision and feed back to senior management across several departments including Operations, Customer Service, Finance and Business Development. In all my roles, particularly my current role, I am known as the "go-to" person for 9 out of every 10 queries. Continuous improvement is for people as well as services and I am the first person to raise my hand to an opportunity to learn and develop. I am seen as dependable, willing to provide help where needed to both staff and senior management alike. I make every effort to provide support to my colleagues and boost morale, whether a kind word or organising larger social events within the office. I aspire to work in a Leadership position in the future to enable me to implement my degree studies and innate leadership abilities.
