Joined Wood Group in SES (Special Engineering Services) contract with ROO/BP as Area Process Designer in ROO MOC (Management of Change) team, as a member in process team, I'm supporting all ROO areas (North Rumaila, South Rumaila and Water Flood) with required process designing to solve operational problems and to enhance the performance of these facilities, and below are my responsibilities:- Developing all types of P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram): Destruct, Construct, Close-Out, As-Built and developing P&IDs from zero as per ROO standards and legends, also P&ID markup as per ROO philosophes and specifications.- Developing PFD (Process Flow Diagram) & BFD (Block Flow Diagram).- Developing Cause & Effect Diagram.- Developing Alarm & Trip Schedule.- Site survey to all ROO areas (North Rumaila, South Rumaila and Water Flood).- Supporting the Central Process Team in EQs (Engineering Query) studies.- Attending Process Safety meetings: HAZOP, LOPA, Hazards Assessment & what if.- Discussing and suggesting solutions in meetings with the operation and other disciplines to get best modification for the MOCs.- Supporting other disciplines (Piping and Instrument) during preparing MOC work packs.- Mentoring the fresh graduates.

Joined Wasco in operation and maintenance contract with BGC (Basra Gas Company), responsible for operation and maintenance four reciprocating compressors in Hammar Mishrif compression station (Zubair field), and below are my responsibilities:- Operate compressor engines, pumps and auxiliary equipment.- Perform shut-down and start up the respective systems.- Daily check, monitoring and identification of operational problems.- Perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and predict maintenance.- Manage inventory of spare parts.- Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports.

Joined EMC in maintenance contract with ZFOD (Zubair Field Operating Division) (ENI & BOC), responsible for piping and static maintenance in Zubair Mishrif station (DGS3) which consist of both oil production and water injection processes, below are my responsibilities:- Preventive Maintenance (PM) for: Pressure Vessels, Tanks, Pressure Safety Valves, Manual Valves, Strainers & Firefighting Monitors and Hydrants.- Corrective Maintenance (CM) for: Leakage, Piping Modifications. - Removing and Installing flow line for wellhead and all its accessories (Hookup).- Mechanical Isolation (Positive Isolation) according to P&ID markup.- Preparing for Cutting and Welding activities.- Preparing for Lifting activities.- Preparing permit to work and all its requirements (Risk Assessment, Tool Box Talk, Certificates, …etc.).- Requesting and Receiving Materials such as: Pipes, Valves, fittings, …etc.- Uploading feedback to system after finishing jobs.- Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports.

Joined Wood Group by Graduate Program in Engineering and Procurement Services Contract with Basra Gas Company. Got training for 6 months in Basra, in addition to one-month training in Dubai. Unfortunately, I left Wood Group because of the drop in Crude Oil Prices Due to Covid-19. During joining Wood Group, I learned and worked on below subjects:- Project Phases.- Process Safety (Risk, HAZID, HAZOP, Sil & LOPA).- Process Activities and Deliverables (PFD, P&ID, H&MB, Hydraulic report, Line List, Tie-In Register, Line sizing, Control Philosophy, PSFS & Safeguarding Memorandum).- Process Equipment sizing (Tanks) and Instrument sizing (PSV & Control Valves).- Hydraulic Calculation of Pump and Pipeline and Process Simulation by HYSYS.- Site Survey and Developing as built P&IDs.

Worked in supplying Chemicals and Equipments for companies that work in oil and gas sector. During working in Alwaad company, I gained a lot of experian in Tenders & Inquiries, Contacting Clients & Manufacturers, Preparing Commercial & Technical offers.

After graduation I worked as Demonstrator in Southern Technical University, Engineering Technical College, Petrochemical Engineering Department.

Worked at Nahran Omar Oil Field on my graduation project, named (Synthesis New Demulsifier and Compare Its Efficiency with Commercial Demulsifier That Used in Basra Oil Company Fields), which won the (first) place in the Petrochemical Engineering Department.

I had my summer training for 3rd stage of the university study there. During that gained knowledge about Gas Processing.
