• Planning, Scheduling and Completion of project activities at customer’s site.• Preparing project schedules, Monthly target, and daily activities and monitoring the same with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure timely execution of the project.• Providing technical supervision & support on all aspects of project management from installation commissioning & handover and ensure to meet the project specs. • Knowledge of all major manufacturers in this field and the product band they possess• Strong practical and conceptual knowledge in ELV systems & Fire protection Systems such as,1. Fire Alarm System 2. Access Control System & Gate barriers 3. Intruder Alarm System 4. Public Address System5. CCTV System6. Audio Video System7. Video Intercom System8. Structural Cabling System 9. Car Park Management System 10. Disabled Toilet, Refugee Alarm & VESDA11. Building Management System 12. Fire Fighting & FM 200 System • Liaise with Main contractor, Consultants, Project/ Construction Managers, Sub contractors, and other third party stakeholders for installation and approvals• Project co-ordination & stream lining projects activities with Pre sales, design, purchase and accounts department.• Lead for Value Engineering, Shop drawings, Technical submittals, Method of statements, As Built drawings, and Installation of ELV systems as per the tender specifications, approved drawings, Authority guidelines and industrial standards within given project schedule.• Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets• Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members
