I consider my main role as an organizational consultant who collaborates with clients to identify, formulate and solve their most complex business or corporate problems.I believe for having a good understating of organizational problems we should start with the why aspect of business issues and subsequently address the how and what aspects as well. In this regard, in any organizational issue, as diverse as entering a new market or changing the organizational structure, the following steps are taken:- Define the as-is state- Devise the to-be picture of future state- Develop road maps and devise value-based strategies. - Making sure that there are required capabilities to realize the proposed strategies- Identify and mitigate the risks- Design and implement performance measures and success metrics.
