Product owned the Navigator Financial space which included the following projects:• A cost savings project that switched the bank that Liberty Mutual's claims organization uses.• A customer centric project focused on delivering a faster payment solution to our customers who need access to funds immediately by introducing a debit card that could be loaded via the Navigator platform. • An expansion of Electronic Payment Funds transfer rebranding it to Direct Deposit and allowing adjusters to add eligible Insured’s bank account data at any point in the claims process for payment.

• Led a financial cost savings project that looked to increase payment combining, expand Electronic Funds transfer, and add the ability to send payment level detail along with Electronic payments targeting high volume Billing Providers. • Helped to lead the financial portion of the reporting rewrite project which changed the way that PI Claims sends information to its downstream reporting partners• Led a compliance project to move to a newer, more advanced system of Federal Withholding, redesigned Withholding Corrections, and positioned Claims to move forward with a State Withholding project next year.

• Creating the ability for USCM Claims to pay customers via Electronic Funds Transfer.• Securing NPPI data by tokenizing it prior to storage and detokenizing in order for it to be sent to designated business partners.
