As a seasoned finance professional with a solid accounting foundation and extensive experience as a finance director, I have honed my skills in revenue assurance, budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation. In my role as Lead Business Architect for a T24 implementation, I played a critical role in documenting existing business processes, developing comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), and reviewing Functional Solution Documents (FSDs) to ensure alignment with business needs.I led multiple testing phases, including functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and pilot testing, to validate the implementation's success. Acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and our implementation partner, I facilitated seamless communication and integration, particularly between T24 Transact and various frontend channels.My contributions included documenting future-state processes, compiling detailed report requirements for GL and other financial reports, and actively participating in the Change Control Board to oversee changes and ensure they met strategic objectives.
