About Ali Sajjad

I did my Bachelors in Software Engineering from National University of Sciences and Technology, Pakistan and then Masters in Computer Engineering from Kyung Hee University, South Korea. Subsequently I worked in academia for 4 years as a Lecturer and Assistant Professor. I completed my PhD from City University London, during which I worked on various EU FP7 and Horizon 2020 projects. My PhD was funded by British Telecom (BT), where I am working currently as a Research Manager. In BT I have led the design and development of various security services like BT Intelligent Protection and BT Secure Cloud Storage. I also have operational experience of various virtualization and cloud platforms, like VMware vCloud and vSphere, Citrix CloudStack and Amazon AWS.
