Key Achievements:• Successfully delivered all requirements for the Halfaya Project (2-year timeframe, $22M budget) as lead engineer. o Reduced overall costs by providing a maintenance facility, bypassing unnecessary logistics expenses to send equipment back to main base for maintenance. o Accurately forecasted resource needs, resulting in the optimal utilization of staff and equipment. o Significantly grew profits by increasing monthly revenue by 30% ($1.1M) after establishing Schlumberger as a competitor in the territory, which strengthened client confidence and loyalty. • Assigned as field test engineer for multiple new services and products. o Managed testing procedures for new tools, driving product adoption and buy-in by providing comprehensive briefings of the technologies in a manner that promoted business value to clients. o Evaluated tools, gathered feedback, drafted reports, and delivered work instructions to streamline process and product enhancement activities. • Directly contributed to the successful introduction of new coring technology into the Iraq geo-market and generated $2.1 M in revenue as a result of accomplishments in the role of Engineer-in-Charge for a ten-oil wells campaign. o Efforts resulted in the client choosing the new wireline coring tools for reservoir cap integrity. o Saved the client 5-6 days in time and reduced drilling rig cost per well compared to the conventional drill pipe conveyed coring method.
