The objective was to penetrate the Libyan well testing Market and initiates Weatherford well testing business in Libya by hiring people, build well testing team and selling /run well testing operation in high technical quality, safe manner and good profitability inside friendly and strong relationship with client by applying Financial Management, this including tenders and job's proposals

- Incident notification, Investigation, reporting and present the awareness lessons.- Develop Employees. Awareness and ensure Quality and HSE are an integral part of Line Management responsibilities and objectives.- Implementation of training program in systems for all staff.- Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental input into the management system.- Supports local Management in establishing and continuously improving the Quality and HSE culture within the worksite- Maintain awareness of, and compliance with, the Management System procedures, policies and standard.- Development of QHSE Management System.- Plan for Quality, Safety & Environmental Awareness and similar related training for employees.- Statistical Analysis of safety performance

- Work with client to create a job design, job requirements and plane for the equipment that planed to be used to perform the job in safe mode, high quality and ideal time as per the Schlumberger standard to meet the client needs.- To be assigned for certain customer to maintain and improve existing customer relations.- Identify customer’s needs and feedback to business manager

- Exercise financial controls to ensure service jobs are delivered within budget.- Ensure collections process is followed and monitored- Dealing with client and support them at the early stage and design phase of their projects and the communication with operation’s team.- Provide leads to new customer accounts and to increase sales order- Propose quotations and prices as per the market activity and needs.- Maintain and improve existing customer relations- Introduce the new projects to the market

In-charge of all well testing operation included DST,TCP,SWT, SL and sampling.Also maintain a good relation ship with Client in operation area at the field level.

• SWT Supervisor (Surface Well Testing)- SWT on Rigs, SWT on Rigless, Heavy Oil, High Rate, High Temperature, surface testing with ESP and SWT with PLT. Supervisor for full package jobs and complex testing jobs with coiled tubing and frac jobs.- Supervisor for the full package well testing jobs ( TCP,DST,SWT,SL and sampling)- Surface Sampling:- Surface Sampling from separator, surge tank, gauge tank.- Pressurized surface sample from Separator/ Surge tank.- TDA (Testing Data Acquisition) : - Memory gauges Gradient survey, Draw Down Test, Interference Test, Long duration recording - Surface Well Test Network STAN: Conventional SWT monitoring and acquisition, coriollis meter monitoring and acquisition, Data validation, Basic acquisition network maintenance.- Multi Phase Flow Metering - Perform Multi phase metering using Phase Tester VX (High water cut, sticky, oil, High temperature, with PLT, with ESP).- DST & TCP- Design DST/TCP jobs.- Review the DST/TCP string with the client representative

• Oil and gas Production Stations Early production facility (EPF): - Working in oil production station as shift supervisor and station supervisor with multi stage separation, and processing as heating systems (steam generation) and water treatment With H2S experience, including instrumentation maintenance and calibration.- EPF troubleshooting experience at early stages.- Production stations start up experience (Nakhla, OMV and FINA stations)- Modifications that needs to insure smooth and safe operation.
