As a leader of a team of 10 brave individuals, MY responsibilities includes:- Providing clear direction and guidance to the team members, setting goals and objectives, and ensuring everyone is aligned with the organization's mission and vision.- Building a strong team culture based on trust, collaboration, and respect, and creating an environment where everyone feels valued and motivated to contribute.Raising variety of professional and teaching projects for youth from more than 120 countries around the world - Developing and implementing sustainable projects related to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), in partnership with NGOs and volunteers from around the world.- Ensuring a positive customer experience for the young cross-cultural volunteers and NGOs by providing excellent service and support throughout their engagement with your organization.- Leading the sales efforts and following up with local, national, and international NGOs to secure funding and partnerships for your organization's projects.- Providing functional skills and education to membership to support their personal and professional development, and equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality projects and customer service.- Building and maintaining strong relationships with other AIESEC entities globally, and collaborating with them to share best practices, knowledge, and resources.Overall, my role as a leader in this context is to provide strategic direction, support, and guidance to my team, and to ensure that our organization is delivering high-quality, impactful projects that support the SDGs and professional projects while maintaining strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
